An awesome place with awesome selection of food and drinks, lots of cool people in here. The grilled chicken sandwich is my go to and a nice cold draft to go with it makes my visit perfect each and every time . I like coming in here when coming to the angels game and eating good food before the game . Definitely worth a trip , great place , great service , great atmosphere.
Menu items have a bit of a tasty twist. Their Mac n cheese selections are so delicious each are a must try. The beet of the month was mango tajin lager... refreshing with a hint of spice.
We stopped in on our way to work a gig at Disneyland. We had time to kill and were super hungry so we stopped in. We had some absolutely delicious food. I had a salmon cesar salad, Morgan had an ahi tuna salad. We split the mac n cheese, which is apparently award winning! It was very good. The beers were super flavorful too. Prices were affordable, way less than I thought we'd be spending, this close to the park!!! Service was also great. Our server was polite, checked on us often without being annoying about it, and was great to talk to. We'll stop in for sure the next time we're in the area.
Great place to drink and eat. I recommend coming here during happy hour as all their apps are $10. I had the boneless wings which were ok. I also had the carne asada fries which I really enjoy. You can come here to watch sports or just hang around. Waiters are attentive which is a plus. Also this place is across the angels stadium so during their games it does get a bit busy.
We had a large group fly late looking for something delicious... this place did not disappoint! We knew we were on a time crunch since they would be closing in an hour but the customer service that we received was on point. The server didn't seem to be bothered by our group was fun when questioned about the food and drinks... he suggested the chicken tacos a chicken sandwich and one other item... I got the tacos and wow, not disappointed at all! The chicken was super tender and seasoned well... the two different sauces were very good and not over powering.. coupled with the pickled onions and the slaw with corn. Very good choice. I got a light beer which coupled perfectly with... I will definitely come back when I'm in town again.
Came during happy hour between 3-5pm, for $6 beers and $10 appetizers. I ordered the ahi poke nachos, sweet garlic boneless wings, asada fries, and helles lager. All were pretty good, slightly salty and saucey but flavors there. My beer unfortunately tasted flat, and not crisp.. but that's probably better for me so I don't get too full from the carbonations. I was able to bring out my laptop to work since it has great wifi. I saw a lot of other people with their laptops as well. Overall great chill place to grab a bite and drink!
Karl Strauss Brewing in Anaheim is an absolute blast! From the moment you walk in, you're hit with that classic brewery charm.. cozy wooden decor, warm lighting, and a vibe that just screams good times. It's the kind of spot that's perfect whether you're wrapping up a day at the parks or just looking for a chill hangout with friends. The beer? Seriously next level! I went for the Red Trolley Ale, and let me tell you, it was everything I hoped for.. smooth, rich, and malty, with just the right hint of sweetness. And then there's the Tower 10 IPA wow. If you're into hops, this one's got that perfect bitterness and a citrusy punch that hits all the right spots. You can tell these brewers are passionate about what they do, and it shows in every sip. The food was a solid match for the beer, too! We kicked things off with their giant pretzel and beer cheese, and it was the perfect comfort food.. warm, salty, and dangerously easy to eat. I also tried the fish tacos, which were flavorful, well-seasoned, and had a nice little kick. The only thing holding me back from giving this place a full five stars is that, while tasty, the food didn't quite reach the "wow" level that the beer did. Just a bit more creativity, and it'd be right there! And shoutout to the staff!!! everyone was super friendly, helpful, and knew their beer inside and out. Even with a busy crowd, they made sure we were well taken care of, and their recommendations were on point. Overall, Karl Strauss is a must-visit for any beer lover.. amazing brews, good eats, and a killer atmosphere. Just a little more spark in the food, and this place would be perfect!
